Budget (including currency): $1200-1500

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: COD: MWII, GTA 5, Valorant, Adobe premeir, Davinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Sound Forge, Light Twitch Streaming, Coding 

Other details: Currently bare bones, hoping to exceed 144fps on 1440p(dont know how realistic this is) on high settings, 60fps when streaming/recording, peripherals will come later. Planning to build within next 3-5 weeks.

 

1. Budget & Location

Would like to Stay around $1200 though spending the extra $300 is not an issue

2. Aim

The System would be used as a gaming/work PC though gaming is a bigger concern I wish to be able to mange to edit as I plan do some streaming, editing and music editing(This will be moderate to light as im only begining).

3. Monitors

Planning to run one 144Hz monitor for now, though a second monitor will be added also at 144Hz. (This is no concern as of right now, only the PC itself)

I do realize that this is over budget, I did this in mind that local microcenters offer open box discounts on many if not all with possibly even better alternatives. And I do plan to purchase a warranty plan if I do go the open box route to save me $100-200 in the end after warranty plans and all.

OOF not with that budget

 

I'd say you'd need at least a 3080 or higher. (at least for modern games)

 

I assume by Call of Duty MW2 you mean the remaster, all the other games can run just fine at that resolution+settings with a 3070.

 

You could go with a slightly cheaper CPU I think, depends how much coding and how heavy it is.

 

As for the rest, those specs look fine to me...

 

 

Except that you HAVE to use an SSD for your boot drive, and you didn't list one, only an HDD
