If you are capped at 4850 then you have gone as far as you can. Work on your FCLK now see if you can get 2000 1:1 stable

i havn't said im capped at 4850,  max boost speed on all core is not 4650 as i expected, max i arounds 4475 and with + 200 mhz  (max boost clock override) it's 4675 mhz

Im more interested in lovering vcore, shure if samme vcore with 4675mhz (around 1.172volt) wil get me 4800mhz i don't mind, since i can't go higher in curve optimizer and max boost clock override i also can't use  to get lower vcore, more mhz or both

You need to raise ppt, tdc and edc. You should be boosting to 4850 on all cores, and under extreme load you should be doing 4600.

what settings for ppt,tdc and edc ?

I think it's either on aut or if possible set to mb values

Someone told me not to go above 70c so in normal test cinebench,occt,aida64 im  going for max 70c where prime95 it does go above 70c + another stresstest i can't remember what was

80 is fine. You have to set the limits manually. Don’t ask me about Ryzen master that program is a turd 🙂
