Need help with new PC picking! :p

Budget - $1500-$2000 AUD
Country - Straya!
Uses - Any intensive tasks not able to be done on a laptop. Mostly Blender rendering, with games as a secondary thought.
Hey LTT forum, long time no see! Recently I've been interested in purchasing a PC. However, I'm not exactly up to date with all PC things. So, I'm reching out to you guys! I need a PC with enough power to be able to render complicated scenes, as well as play intensive games. Peripherals are not needed, it will be aa 144hz screen. If someone could make me a PCPP list or offer some guidance, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I have a preference to white cases, annd if the build fiits it, the NR200P (itx :o).
