Strange buzzing sound coming from my tower whenever something visually changes.

Whenever something on my computer changes visually a strange buzzing sound comes from my tower. It doesn't happen with video games and with the cursor but it happens with most other applications.

gonna probably be coil whine which isn't really an issue just a side effect of component tolerances

oh if u have seen the video the undervolting of the amd gpus can cause a volatile fps drop but it still may be worth trying

my gpu only whines when its pushing crazy fps

The sound is definitely coming from the gpu

yes thats what I meant that when undervolt the gpu it will reduce coil whine
