Cant get into bios

Hey, whenever i try to get into my bios i cant get in. I turn on my pc but dont see the motherboard logo or the prompt to enter bios. Is there maybe a setting in windows that hides this?

Hold left shift while hitting 'restart' in windows.  Go in to troubleshooting in the resulting menu. then you should see an option to go in to UEFI menu there
