I want to build my first gaming PC using these components (they're in my budget) I wan your opinion on my hardware options and potential tips

I'm planning to build a new PC for myself. Every component is in my budget, my budget is 1500€ *Not including the CPU* that I'm going to get as a birthday gift. BTW I live in Hungary so if you have any suggestions take that into consideration. And I'm a 100% sure that I'm going to get a Nvidia GPU because I use Premier for editing which supports Kuda cores. I just want to know if my part selection is good.

CPU: core i7-11700kf

GPU: RTX 3070 or 3060 depending which is going to be cheaper in early 2023 (where I'm presumably going to build the PC) most likely I'm going to go with the ROG Strix version of the cards.

Motherboard: ROG Strix B560-f

RAM: 4x8GB Gigabyte Aorus 3200MHz DDR4 memory (I'm going to build the PC with 2x8GB and upgrade with an additional 2x8GBs a couple of months later)

SSD: 1 TB Samsung 970 evo plus (I'm going to upgrade later that year with an additional 1-2 TB drive)

PSU: Corsair 850W 80 plus gold

AIO: deepcool castle 280ex

Case: NZXT h510 flow

Case fans: 2x Corsair Dual light loop 120mm RGB fan

I'll take any advice you'll have, this will be my first build. And also I want to ask what's the best toolkit for building a PC

The 11700K isn't a very good buy now, a 12600K is same price and way better, for a budget build you can use a £150ish B660 mobo with, no OC (can do some on MSI boards like the PRO-A) but it's still better than a 11700K...

System : AMD R9 5900X / Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO/ 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance 3600CL18 ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Eisbaer 280mm AIO (with 2xArctic P14 fans) / 2TB Crucial T500  NVme + 2TB WD SN850 NVme + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD drives/ Corsair RM850x PSU/  Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / Logitech G915TKL keyboard (wireless) / Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

Really no point in OCing the 12600k anyhow, it'll boost to 4.9GHz if any game were to ever need it to go that fast.

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

How long do you intend to keep this PC? If early 2023, I'd also consider the 12th gen chips.

Here in Hungary a core i7-12700kf costs 60.000 huf (150€) more than the core i7-11700kf It is just not worth it for me

How much is a 12600K ? It should really be close to  11700K anywhere in the world

And can't you buy from Germany at overall better price?
