it says this "The MSI PRO B660M-A WIFI DDR4 Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard supports the Intel Core i5-12400F 2.5 GHz 6-Core Processor with BIOS version 7D43v11. If the motherboard is using an older BIOS version, upgrading the BIOS will be necessary to support the CPU."

 

My first question is if the motherboard comes with the wrong bios version how will I update it?

 

My second question is on the msi website there are better versions then 7D43v11, will I be able to download the latest version or do I have to download 7D43v11?

It won't, that error is bogus. The first BIOS revision is the one that supports the 12400F.

You can use the newest version.
