Positive vs Neutral Pressure

I've been following a PC build guide video and in it the Creator says that you'll always want Neutral pressure. Everywhere I looked guides, forums and videos all seem to say Positive pressure is best.

I have the Corsair 4000D Airflow, the fan configuration I was going for was four fans. Two in the front and two in the back. Do you think I should remove one of the exhaust fans? or set the speed of the exhaust fans to a low RPM. Which would be best for noise?

I also have a CPU Tower cooler if that effects anything.

It's not so much about removing fans as it is about pusher vs. puller configuration on them.  Positive pressure generally means that ambient dust/particulates won't get into the case--so long as the only inlet for air into the case has filtration.
