AMD 6700 xt black screen after alt+tab

Sometimes when I alt+tab any application my screen goes black for about 30sec, then I get AMD error report.

 

Goggle didn't provide any useful solutions, as this is not happening with games but completely at random (example: alt+tab between chrome and word). Happens about twice a day.

 

All drivers and Windows are updated. I have no idea how to start troubleshooting this.

If Enhanced Sync enable in Radeon Software, try turn it off.
