Possible to still get data back?

Ok first off I know nothing about computer hardware. But I have a Kingston NV1 NVMe M.2 SSD 250GB which is snapped right after the first chip on the left side  (where the screw goes)can i still send it in to get it fixed somehow? (For a reasonable price) I dont know how to get the picture from my phone to my computer, so I took one from the internet

Personally, it's hard to tell without a picture of your actual drive. Did the entire board snap in half? Unlikely it can be repaired then, I suppose the NAND could be transferred to another drive.

going by how you described it, yes. I do not know what companies would be best for the service, but you just have to find the exact same ssd and board revision, then simply desolder the various components from each and transfer them. 
I've had bga rework done for me in the past and it was ~$300 so I'd estimate about that much if not a bit more for stencils and the extra work of 4 chips vs 1

it is potentially not a problem as some chips have a larger footprint than the pad area and internal silicone. Should it be a problem, I think that a full data recovery should be possible, but it would be a lot more expensive as now someone has to spend literally days of work depotting the damaged area and connecting to the bonding wires that went to the severed pads. 
a partial data recovery is also possible but would require directly dumping the second nand raw and then digging though it to try and assemble what you would need. Also a fair bit expensive

Specialist companies can desolder the flash chips, connect to them directly and rebuild the data, these guys have some good videos showing the process:

 

As can be seen it's pretty labor intensive/requires specialized tools, it's likely to come up in the >$1K range but it costs nothing to ask for a few quotes anyway.

If you can stomach not getting the data, the drive is for the trash bin.  It's not worth $25 anymore anyway.

 

Oh, and for the pic... email it to yourself.  Open email on computer, get pic.  Then post here.

@Mel0n.Summoned me. @Esfand14So a few things first. There is a possiblity your drive could be recovered as long as none of the chips are damaged. If the NAND or controller are damaged your are hosed. A data recovery company could possibly recover it by possibly transplanting the controller and nand onto a donor PCB. That should work. 

If the controller is damaged your are hosed. The adaptives and encryption keys for the nand are stored there. A cracked name is like a shattered platter on a drive. You cannot recover it. 

 

All modern SSDs use encryption for their NAND because SSD manufactures like to protect their IP. Which makes data recovery difficult at the very best. 

 

Oh, and pricing you are easily looking at 1500+ USD. Probably closer to 2500+ Maybe a more. Good luck!

And the other chips are where the data is stored?  So if the left chip (the controller?) might not work because of the small piece missing of it can i just buy that exact type of chip and pay someone to attach it? To get it cheaper I mean. Thank you for your help.
