key board spamming .

Hey there my computer randomly will just start spamming the . key even even i unplug my mouse and keyboard it still does it any tips? when restart it it fixes it but comes back randomly

This sounds more like malware than a keyboard malfunction, but if it is a keyboard malfunction, you may have spilled something in the keyboard or possibly some dust is causing a short. Either way, the only way to fix that is a good cleaning with the proper cleaners, methods, and equipment. Otherwise, keyboards are not that expensive.
