Some games stutter while VSync's On, disappears on Super Sampling

516 Nvidia Driver Update may have brought this problem. There are some games that show a horrible tearing while VSync is on, you look up, this horizontal desync lines go up the screen to, same downwards. It appears to be solved while maxing out Super Sampling, but this occurs to not be a quite good solution, my 60 stable FPS with 40% GPU changes to a Mostly stable 60FPS with a 100% Usage on House Flipper, Max Settings. Games like Resident Evil: Village or Cities: Skyline doesn't show this stutter issue. I've tried reinstalling drivers, restoring Windows and changing Nvidia Control Panel and GeForce Experience settings too and none of them seens to solve this.

Specs: HP Victus 16, i5 11400H, 32GB RAM, RTX 3050 Laptop.

Temps: Max CPU 78°C, Max GPU 68°C

Yeah that’s pretty bad.  Does rolling back the driver fix it?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Nope, unistalling the drivers and installing 511 or 512 didn't helped :c
