plz help

recently my laptop has been freezing then going black, just randomly out of nowhere the screen freezes and then it goes black. My monitor still has a signal and the sound continues.

 

I've literally tried everything I've found on YouTube and google and nothing has worked.

What laptop is it.

You can try a manual BIOS update, possibly reinstalling Windows, or using the laptop tools to restore the device back to new condition. The last option may lose any data you have on the laptop if you do not have it backed up or don't have another way to get the data from the hard drive before doing a factory restore, essentially.
