Does using the se 214 xt thermal paste okay ?

Im using the prepared pack of thermal paste for my cooler se 214 xt for i5 12400. How long will it last if i play games like valorant or genshin everyday for 2 hour ? The idle temp rn is on average 42-44 C on no AC room with 64 average when genshin or valorant. Benchmarked it with cinebench r23 and it was 85 C max for 10 mins

As mentioned above, it should last a few years. In general, I think it's a good practice to change your thermal paste every 24 months.
