Hello Forum!

I am thinking of a build and I can't decide on RAM I want it to match the look and theme of this build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3zMTj (I will hopefully find a way to get a Be Quiet! dark rock 3 ore something of the sort) the theme as you can probably tell is red/black/clean. Also constructive criticism on the build would be appreciated.

That is a very nice and balanced rig also, except for the HDD.

Or you're probably best off with Vengeance LP memory if you don't want to raise the 120mm fan on the cooler.

The hdd is awkwardly expensive.. A 500GB hdd is usually less than $50.

The psu is pretty overkill. A decent 550w is already plenty.

How much ram are you shooting for?

Mark the item as 'purchased' in the future to not cause confusion.

Team Vulcan ram will easily fit: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/team-memory-tld38g1600hc9dc01

I'd also like the build to be quiet so if any improvement can be made there please tell. Me.

get an SSD. . . Haha serious. You'll get it so silent at some point even if not right away that your HDD will be the loudest component in your rig and it'll drive your mad (depending on how silent u wanna go)

IDE rather not go with the red team.

Why? The 780 is at least $50 more for similar performance.

Aren't bitcoin miners inflating the prices dor those?

In some places but prices are coming back down as you can see from the 290/780 price comparison.

Hmm well Id'e still like to try an Nvidia card.

I'd advise to not needlessly overspend but it's your money.
