On my new build, the dram warning led turns on as soon as I turn my PC on. All RGB LED's, fans and the pump turn on but not the RGB LED's on the motherboard.

The Monitor doesn't receive a signal. (HDMI2.0 for testing)

Have you done any troubleshooting steps so far? Usually the first step you do for this is a memory reset, followed by a single DIMM in each of the 4 DIMM slots (try each DIMM one by one in each slot), reseat the power connectors, reseat the CPU, update the BIOS with BIOS flashback (I think Gigabyte calls it Q-Flash instead), then finally, if none of that works, you've got to start RMA'ing hardware.

Thank you for answering!

I successfully updated the BIOS, but my PC keeps restarting multiple times and no video signal comes to the monitor. The light switches between the DRAM and CPU LED. I reseated the CPU and checked if every pin is healthy and also tried with one RAM stick every RAM slot. I even checked all contacts of the RAM sticks and slots. Are there any other ways to test my hardware?
