my pc is randomly playing Morse code

hi my pc is randomly playing Morse code trough my speakers and headset the morse code is not a bios code i checked the mobos manual  also the morse code is different between the speakers and the head set also the volume of the morse code does not change when i change the volume on my speakers 

 

my pc specs 

mobo: GA-F2A68HM-DS2 (rev. 1.0)

cpu: amd athlon x4 760k that only 2 of the 4 cores work

ram: 2x 8gb ddr3 ripjaws x 1300MHz

gpu: gigabyte gtx 750 1gb

boot hdd: 1tb Seagate barracuda 7200rpm 

2nd hdd: 2tb wd caviar green  5400rpm

3rd hdd: 2tb ibm 7200rpm

psu 450w silver stone strider essential

AC interference. Coil whine interference?

Recording of it would be useful to diagnose..

I've tried to record it but its to quiet for my mic to pick up

i unplugged my headset and the beeping stopped so i think its the usb controller spitting out random sounds
