Please Help!

I’m currently trying to build a PC for a my girlfriend as an anniversary present. I have everything I need except one screw. I am missing one of the screws that goes into and out the back of the motherboard with a washer. the motherboard is a b150 with an intel i5. If anyone knows where i can get more or buy ones that will fit, it would be much appreciated!

one of the motherboard screws that goes into the case standoffs? you would be fine missing one imo, like the bottom right corner of the board

That looks like a standard-issue standoff. Screws are pretty standard. They're only there to keep the underside of the board from shorting out against the case. As previous poster stated, one screw missing shouldn't really hurt anything, as long as the standoff is there for support, but depending on location, without at least the standoff installed, just be sure to support the board wherever you're connecting things to it.
