What are your other specs? Whats the psu?

If this is you looking to build an entire new pc I recommend going to the builds section and asking there

For 500 a 6700xt can work but uae/canada isnt specific enough. We need one of the 2 as 500 cad doesnt get you a 6700xt but 500 us easilt does

Is the $500 for all these components or just the GPU?  IF the $500 is for the GPU, then yuo;ll probably want something like this for the rest:

PCPartPicker Part List

Storage: ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($69.98 @ Amazon)
Video Card: ASRock Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Challenger D Video Card  ($395.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA P5 750 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  ($79.99 @ EVGA)

If the $500 is for EVERYTHING, do this:

PCPartPicker Part List

Storage: ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  ($69.98 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 6600 XT 8 GB MECH 2X OC Video Card  ($299.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G6 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  ($59.99 @ EVGA)

Also, that case does not come with intake fans so eventually you may want to buy 2 arctic p12s for intake if you aren't getting enough airflow (shouldn't be a huge issue but might be worth looking into).

i have been researching this and i found out that most of the builds on 12400f is paired with 3060 and other Nvidia GPUs, wondering if i should do it as well and if i get 6700xt will i have a bottleneck?

No, bottlenecking is a misunderstood thing that most people worry about in totally irrelevant situations.  Most people just fall prey to common knowledge and nvidia has kinda been the go-to brand for a long time, so they never consider radeon GPUs.  The 6700xt is A LOT faster than a 3060, and the 6600xt is a little faster for a lot cheaper.  You would have no issues using either the 6700xt or 6600xt with a 12400f.

But do yourself a favor and pick a 1440p monitor.  They don't cost much more and the pixel density is A LOT better.

Thanks for detailed explanation and which version of 6700xt is better? and do you think 6750xt is a better option for little extra money?

You stated that your target resolution is 1080p. Could you also let us know your target FPS? If you're using a 60Hz monitor than a 3050 will do you just fine. If you're wanting 120 FPS+ than I'd get a 3060ti. This will give you lots of room to grow later on.

Whichever is cheapest.  The one I linked is cheapest at the moment and has a good size radiator for a 220w GPU.  They all have the same GPU chip.  Back in the day it mattered when there were a lot of garbage coolers out there, but now everyone is making them with big open-air radiators so it doesn't really matter anymore.  Other AiB components may differ slightly, but they are all rated to support the GPU.  You can look at framerate data and find little to no variance between different AiBs, and NEVER enough variance to justify price difference (like 1-2fps AT MOST).   And no, the 6750xt is not worth the extra money.  You could literally just overclock a 6700xt a little bit and it'd be identical.  I usually overclock my GPU by default anyway, and the radeon drivers/settings app makes auto-OCing it easy and it works really well.

I'm assuming 144+ fps due to OP stating that they did not have their desired monitor yet.  Regardless, I recommended just going out and getting a 1440p monitor anyway because they only cost a little more and look leaps and bounds better.  IMO it's not worth building a PC for 1080p gaming in 2022, especially not 1080p60.  Not when 1440p monitors cotst $20 more and 1440p 165Hz capable GPUs are this cheap.

I am looking for at least >100 fps in not more demanding games such as (CS GO, Sims 4, DOTA 2 and other older games) in current modern games preferably >70 fps at least

Same with GPUs, there are really only 3 companies actually making panels for US market.  The rest of the brands just buy their panels and put the monitor together with supporting components.  160+Hz panels are all newer designs than 144Hz panels, and 120Hz panels are just plain old now.  Even though the framerate won't look that much different, it's an easy way to estimate how new the panel itself is.

I think that 3440x1440 is an awesome resolution to game at, as the ultrawide dimensions are much more immersive.  2560x140 is still great though.

These are the monitors I would buy at those resolutions:

3440x1440 160Hz (Curved) $400

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pTKKHx/lg-34wp60c-b-340-3440x1440-160-hz-curved-monitor-34wp60c-b

3440x1440 165 Hz (Flat) $325

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pZmmP6/hp-x34-340-3440x1440-165-hz-monitor-2v7w4aaaba

2560x1440 165Hz $200

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HYZ9TW/hp-x32-315-2560x1440-165-hz-monitor-2v7v2aaaba

I think the curve is worth it with an ultrawide, but it's not a deal breaker.

I currently in an i7-12700 paired with a EVGA 3060ti and a Dell 32" 1440 165Hz display... Everything runs fine at native resolution and refresh rate. eSports titles like Dota2 & CSGO are very light on GPUs so the 3060ti is going to be overkill for them.

No. My method for shopping is simple. Be patient.

Slickdeals is a great site and deals come up every day - wait for a deal on a monitor that meets your needs rather than paying full price.

If you currently have a 1080p60 display, just use that until you find a good deal and upgrade 🙂

I currently have my 15 year old Asus monitor 1440x900 res with 75 hertz ratio. I can buy VGA-HDMI Adapter if that makes sense, what do you think?

Yeah.  I use a 1070ti for 3440x1440 and most games run at a round 100fps uncapped on ultra everything, but older games run way higher.   My boyfriend has a 3440x1440 160Hz monitor with a 12600k and a 6700xt and he plays everything on ultra.
