RGB Headache

Hello everyone, I just bought a prebuilt computer Dubaro (a relative big system manufacturer in germany). The system itself is working great i just cant figure out whats the problem with my fans RGB.

My Case is the MSI Sekira 100R All of the Fans are wired up to the preinstalled MSI fan header, and the header is plugged into a J Rainbow port on my Motherboard. But i still cant control the RGB i can even adjust the RPM of them but they dont show up in MSI center.

Any ideas for a fix?

Have you tried to contact the system builder for help?

Yes, but they just said to reconect the cables but that didnt work.
