Gaming PC "puzzle" (matching parts for i9-9900k and HX1000W) for gaming

Budget (including currency): My budget is around 15 000SEK or around ~1400USD  I'm not really looking to go much above this price but if it's worth it I'm happy to! =)

Country: I'm based in the Sweden

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Other details

Right now I´m on my 5 year old computer and as it happens I have started at a small company that has an i9-9900K laying in a box so I thought might as well, and can get parts through the company so it becomes a bit cheaper here in Sweden.

Aim

The aim for this PC is an all gaming computer, that for a turn can run AAA games

Monitors

ATM I have 2 monitors: MSI Optix G27CQ4 27.0" 2560x1440 165 Hz Curved Monitor

                                      Asus VG248QG 24.0" 1920x1080 60 Hz Monitor

Upgrade

Here are my thoughts but as this is a puzzle making computer to make everything coordinate and get no bottleneck, Thinking of waiting for the black Friday(to see what's up) and see if the 4000 series is worth looking in to (might not with the i9-9900K as for bottlenecking), but better to be prepared then not XD

I would pair a 6700XT with it, at the high end a 3070 or 3080. A 3080Ti is doable at 4K or 1440p but won’t net you much improvement due to being CPU-bound at lower resolutions. Since you have a 1440p165hz monitor, you could def get away with a 3080ti.
