I've been having this issue for roughly 2 months now. When I'm in the middle of a video game, specifically using my Xbox Series wireless controller. The controller will suddenly disconnect. When I exit the game and look in device manager the Bluetooth driver is completely gone and I have to reinstall it.

If anyone has any sort of advice, or if this has happened to you can you let me know.

Thank you 🙂

My random guess would be that either antivirus program is deleting it, or its attempting to update, deleting the old driver, but not installing the new.

I don't have any antivirus program besides Windows Defender, and it is on the most recent Intel Bluetooth driver.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!
