I have the opurtunity to buy a RTX 2080 Ti from used market for 330 € right now, good deal ? it's the Asus rog strix rtx 2080 Ti model

For reference, that's about the market rate for RTX 2080s and 2080 supers. I'd advise caution

Thanks for the warning, I do have the option to test the card at his house so I'm pretty sure he wouldn't scam me but... I'm starting to see some pretty good deals on pretty much everything these days, that's why I'm not quite sure to pull the trigger on this one
