PC Issue

Wasn't sure where else to post it as this was the only place I know of where I could post it but since the start of the month, I've been noticing I've been having major issues with my computer. It currently freezes every 30 or so seconds when I'm playing games or just on the web. I am unsure what is causing the issue but my CPU is 100% whilst playing games but it's always been like this and my GPU is about 10% - 30% usage most times. Can try and provide any other information if asked but I am not sure what the issue is with this as it only started start of month and I cannot even use a web browser without my pc freezing.

Have you done anything to ensure you aren't suffering from some malware?

Could you post your PC specs, also memory speeds and if you got any overclock on the system in generel
