My PC freezes and sometime crash when I am opening Task Manager while working 40 chrome browsers.

Slots used 3 of 4. 

 

Mixed match memory I am guessing would be the issue.

It sounds like some sort of memory instability, like @Guest 5150 said. I'd run Memtest or so over night to check the stability and possibly lowering the RAM frequency if it's unstable, I remember the version you boot from a stick being free.
