Or
MSI GeForce RTX 3070 VENTUS 2X 8G OC LHR

Or

PowerColor Red Devil RX 6700XT 12GB

IIRC 3070 is significantly faster than 6700XT

The 6700 XT is in 3060 Ti territory. The 3070 is significantly faster. If value/price per frame is important to you, you'll have to check around at prices. NVIDIA cards carry a premium.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

And the performance also depends on the other parts in the system.
