Windows 10 update stuck on loading circle

Hello,

 

My windows 10 update has been stuck on a blurry loading circle for an hour now (see image below). Fyi, it started normally with the percentage and blue background.

Do you have an disk activity light on your case? Does it contiune to blink?

I don't think so. My power button usually blinks when I'm using my pc, but it's just a static light right now.
