Pc making a odd noise, Almost like a engine starting up

I pretty much know nothing abt pc's besides to clean it out, But it making this sound like crackling or a engine stalling, I pretty sure it not the fans I can hear the fans just fine, Anyone know what's going and how I can fix it?

Do you have a wire/cable somewhere in the PC rubbing up against one of the fans? If not, then that's gotta be a terribly shot bearing, or the AIO having issues (if the AIO is, you should notice much higher temps than normal).

This thing almost never gets hot, Unless I'm playing a very high demanding game, I didn't build the thing, But I'll check if there's a wire up on one of the fan's

Yep, demanding games is where you'd notice it getting hot. Unless the hardware's getting into the 90s though, those wouldn't be worrisome temps. It's probably something in the fans then, I don't think bearings are that loud when they have issues.

guess not, if it would have been an old one it might have been Air in the loop but with a new one it should be okay

Sounds like air in a pump if I where to take a guess or the impeller of the pump is rattling while it turns.

 

Get your ear close and find out!
