Thermoelectric CPU Cooler?

So I was casually poking around on Newegg when I cam across this, oddity.

I don't know what to make of it since I haven't heard of something like this.

Well they are saying its basically a 2 stage Air Cooler

Thermoelectric CPU coolers convert voltage into temperature differential. It works but its better to just get something like a Hyper 212 or a H100i, better bang for your buck, less space too

It's a property of semiconductors that is used there. Stick a PN junction between two different temperatures and it produces current, or vice versa.

I have a spare Dark Rock Pro 3, Corsair H110, and I am currently using an NZXT Kraken x60 with 4x Silverstone AP141 fans in push pull.

it is a phase changer in the fin array. TEC/peltier unit inside the stack. refrigerates

the fin stack to help enhance the chill. been around a while and more will be

surfacing as CES2014 had many "biding" for cooling attention. some even had

liquid viewing chambers to see the phase change.
