Aww you beat me to it, I was just about to say that 'maybe someone is doing stupid crap through PIA right now... again.'

 

I actually use a free non-google DNS service, my ISP's is the worst kind of trash (the kind that belongs in a burning dumpster), and I didn't like PIA's DNS.

 

Oddly enough, it's down on everything, my gaming/rendering box, my server/youtube watching box, my phone, and my VM (which is using the same VPN connection as my Server).

 

Ah well, there's alternatives to google... And ironically, I think it was downdetector's map was powered by google maps, which also... Wouldn't load. lol

lol, northeast here too, it was definitely a problem for a time, its fine now. FiOS, no VPN.

Yeah, it's back up for me, and quite snappy, too. I wonder if they had a data center outage, or if the various fires all over the US effected something. Ah well, I can search for random cat videos again, at least.
