Fractal Design Core 1000, is USB 3.0 worth it?

I'm looking to buy this case because it's small, and it looks clean.

But is spending a bit more money on usb 3.0 worth it?

If you require/want 5Gb/s transfer rate for external storage (which are able to run on a USB 3.0 connection of course) I'd say go for it.

Depends if you've got any usb 3.0 devices, I don't so its pointless for me.
