If you don't mind going mATX then this should be good: Gigabyte B660M Gaming X AX

If you want ATX you can get the same board in ATX size.

The board you chose is also good, but you don't need to spend that much since cheaper ones will be just as good.

It's not a bad board or anything, it's just not cost effective in the slightest. The Z690-A Pro DDR4 WiFi is the same price and is just an all around better motherboard, more features, better VRM, actually supports CPU overclocking, etc. If you don't need any of that, other boards like the B660 Gaming X and B660-A Pro will do just as well and be priced somewhere that makes sense. 

 

Also, you should probably be spending a bit less on the RAM and a bit more on the GPU. 4000MHz CL16 is expensive, and realistically unless you're gonna manually overclock it (that XMP is debatable for whether it'll work or not in most boards and CPUs, so you're probably gonna have to manualy overclock it anyway) you won't see much benefit over a 3600MHz CL16-19-19 kit, and if you are gonna overclock you'd be better off going for a 3600MHz CL14 kit or some other, cheaper B die bin.
