my specs:

CPU: Intel Xeon E3 1230 V3 4C/8T Haswell

MOBO: Gigabyte Z87X-OC (F8 BIOS)

RAM: 16GB Total @2000 10-12-11-31 1T v1.575 (2x4GB Samsung 30nm YK0 + 2x4GB Gskill Trident X 2400 CL10)

Storage: 480GB Intel 520, 2TB Samsung M9T (AHCI)

GPU: Asus Radeon R9 280X DirectCU II TOP 3GB GDDR5 (WHQL 13.12)

PSU: CoolerMaster VSM V550

Audio: FiiO E17 USB DAC/AMP

Mouse: Logitech G9x @ 1000 polling rate

Keyboard: Rosewill membrane keyboard

Monitor: Dell 2007WFP 1680x1050 S-IPS

Network: Samsung Galay Note 3 (acts as my WiFI adapter through USB Tethering).

I already reformatted my OS, swap out ram and put them 1 by 1(ran them at safe settings" 1333 1.5v" and XMP Profile but my DPC latency is still consistently HIGH (it average 1000 us)

right after i reformatted my OS(without anything installed), I immediately run DPC Latency checker and it is high so that eliminated the software issue.

I also tried unplugging all peripherals connected(all the USB connected on my MOBO but it didn't make any difference.

I tried switching off the PCIe socket on the mobo through onboard switch but it didnt make any difference.

I also toggled the Single BIOS mode and it didn't make any difference.

I am at a lost right now as to why my DPC Latency is high

Haven't heard about this thing before but some googleing gave one solution. Problem is with some hardware conflicting and what I can say just with specs, its most likely Galaxy Note acting as Wi-Fi. Have you tried without it?
