First Hi-Fi experience (what model?)

Can someone tell me what model the sennheisers I got in 03/04 were?  Was a pair of Sennheisers with blue ear cups but the felt went over the ear cups rather than against the drivers, was an over ear that had to be used as an on ear.  I used to know the model number and I can't figure it out.  I got them from Newegg on a whim and don't regret it at all.

 

While I'm making a post I might as well ask... What was the first experience you had that you would classify hi-fi?

 

These headphones came into my life during a very difficult time and I was blown away with how clear and present the sound could be.  When I heard them it rekindled the love that was always with me for music.  Ever since then I have made audio a focus of my wallet.  Even while living in my parent's basement with no more than a hundred bucks to my name, I started my life over and working my arse off to get a pair of klipsch floor standing speakers, then a Denon AVR then a center channel.  A few years ago, in a much better place in my life and with the finances to explore I got into head-fi and for some reason I only have one pair of Sennheisers.... the 6xx.  But they are a pillar of the best I've heard in my life esp when played on tubes.

 

Anyways, anyone know what model these were?
