Hi guys so i kind of installed an lga2011 cpu in 2011-3. It physically fit and there are no bent pins, but could I have damaged anything from an electronical standpoint? Fans powered on however it was giving continuous beeping more like a scream. Gpu was spinning, etc.

based on the observed behavior you very likely did, just because it fits together doesn't mean it's gonna work. always double-check documentation before just going for it. dont put any cpu you care about in that board because if you damaged the board you could damage another CPU even if it's a 2011-3 processor. most of these 2011-3 cpus are old slow power hungry xeons anyway.

I know. I took it out already lol. Could I have damaged anything was the question

Ah, sorry forgot to address that, possibly but unlikely in most cases. There is always that unknown of did a voltage pin(s) request/deliver voltage where it wasn't expected but I highly doubt it in this case.

Intel has historically been smart enough to, at least if not re-use the same socket, be aware of the fact that people won't always know better. With coffee lake and the fabulous 8th and 9th gen crossover with 6th and 7th gen, there weren't CPUs being killed by the mobo and vice versa.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
