I'd get a better AIO. The ML240 isn't particularly great, there are better performing options, especially if you want to overclock (the entire reason to get a 12700K instead of a 12700). Go for a 360mm EKWB unit or Arctic Liquid Freezer II.

12th gen is hot. A 240mm AIO on a 12700K is fine for stock, but if overclocking it (again, the entire reason to get a 12700K over a 12700) you'll want the extra thermal headroom of a 360mm AIO. Besides, the pricing is pretty similar, so you might as well get the better one.

Btw cpu overclocking is pointless garbage nowadays due to them being pushed to the limit already, i suggest not bothering and getting a non k cpu since ram and gpu oc will make a much bigger diff than cpu oc, and 450€ seem pretty steep for a kf
