What’s a good for my ROG Strix Z690-F LGA1700 Motherboard? Rgb Case Preferred. Currently looking at the Corsair iCUE 5000x or the Corsair 5000D Airflow. 
 

 

Also is the ROG Strix LC II AIO Cooler a good choice for the Intel Core i7-12700K?

I'd only get the 5000d airflow if you plan to get a 360 aio, otherwise I'd go with the 4000d airflow for size.
