What cables..?

Building it right now, my case came with cables, will I be using them? Or will I only be  needing the Power Supply's cables?

What cables are you referring to? Do you mean the front I/O cables for the case? If so then yes you'll need to use those as well.

Yes, check your motherboard manual to know where to connect them. Any other questions please post pictures.

if your motherboard has USB 2.0 and or 3.0 headers on it.  You will want to plug the USB headers on your case there. Also you have two pin plugs on the case, theses cables are to be plugged into your motherboard so you can turn on your PC, reset your PC, and have HDD indicator light function. Your motherboard manual will help you understand this better as it has diagrams of were everything goes.
