Its for a mate, he doesnt need the storage at the moment but I'd include a WD blue for when he does

He has the cash to get a dedicated GPU so I feel it isnt necessary to get a APU instead of a CPU & GPU

Go with the stock cooler since the system will not be overclocked. This means that you might be able to go with a slightly less expensive memory kit. Perhaps Patriot Viper 3, Kingston KHX1600C9D3P1K2/8G, or G.Skill Ares Series.
