Monitor and headphones dramatically eat into your budget, have to downgrade spec by quite the margin. From 6600 underbudget to 6500XT and still being over budget. Even if you wait for new intel GPU for around $130 it'll be just under your budget.

Extreme sacrafices is $2 over budget. I can't even tell if the board's gonna work. You're gonna be reliant on FSR to get decent fps in games. There are cheaper headsets but I have no idea how they sound. I know my HyperX clouds are great, have lasted me 8 years and I doubt the Alpha is any different:

Tell us your existing parts, we could maybe try and reuse some of those to save costs.

Or you're gonna have to turn to the used market for all of your parts, except SSD maybe.

I have a dell inspiron 15 3505 laptop with I think a 3450g and igpu 8 gb ram (5gb usable) and a 221gb ssd. If we were to increase the price by 100$ would that make a difference and if so I can increase the budget to 800$
