Hello, my PC has problems, please help!

when I turn my PC on ( using gpu as graphics ), it POSTs with the beep pattern 4-2-3-3 (apparently this means extended block move, what do I do with that?) and my PC does not turn on. When I tried to switch to my cpu's integrated graphics, it turned on with no problems.

What do you think is the problem and how do you think I can solve it? Need help ASAP, Thanks!!

ps. I already tried;

-swapping ram sticks

-reseating everything

-clearing CMOS

- switching PSUs (they are not the problem anymore)

What I haven't tried yet

swapping out GPU ( since I dont have any spare ones)

I am using

NEC motherboard ms9666 ver.012

CPU: intel core i3 540

GPU: AMD radeon hd 7850

SSD: walram 120gb

PSU: Inplay GS250BK ( ik it's bad, but I already tried it out with another PSU and it doesn't seem to be the problem here)

other components are working and seems to have no issues at all

After trying everything out, I think I have narrowed the problem to either a motherboard-not reading my GPU properly problem or a GPU broken problem.

I also tried updating my GPU's drivers but I can't because the PC does not turn on if it's power is plugged (also POSTs with 4-2-3-3 pattern)

Please help!!

Suggeted PSU is 300W for 7850. Does that PSU have a 6 pin connector and do you connect it?

It does not have a 6 pin but I bought adaptors for it. Please note that I already used this PSU for months on this PC. Pls do not worry about the PSU anymore for I am quite sure that it is not the problem anymore
