I am new to building PCs and am trying to find one that can Play: VR chat, Forts, Feed and Grow fish, War Thunder, Stormworks, Bomber Crew, and Cities Skylines. (on Steam) ( Just need to get up on my feet)

There are a ton of PCs that fit your needs. How about budget? And are you going to billd a PC yourself, or get a prebuilt?

This will fit comfortably into your budget. I left headroom because you can exchange some things for your preferences, either improving aesthetics or increasing SSD size, etc. Or you can put that money towards a nice 144Hz monitor.
