Using PC as hotspot

What phone?


It's unlikely to actually work, but we can give it a go.
I'd get a USBC to ethernet dongle, a USB3 to ethernet dongle, and an ethernet cable, then follow these instructions and hope that your phone supports wired networking.

WiFi adapter is the easier solution.
