First Build, is this selection of parts good?

Budget (including currency): Budget is around 1500€ and a hard limit

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Play triple A video games at at least 60 fps (preferred more in 100 to 150 range) with good graphics and some amateur content creation ( recording and cutting )

Other details:

my planned out build:

https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/YYf2bK

For peripherals only a keyboard is needed, was thinking about the BW KB-1 https://www.blitzwolfeurope.com/spd/BlitzWolf-BW-KB1-white/BlitzWolf-BW-KB1-Gamer-Keyboard-Mechanical-Keys-RG

I’m “upgrading” from the family PC that runs on GTX 750 and i7-4770K and I have a 1920x1080 144Hz Display, which ideally I want to make full use off

Thanks for any help in advance

For the keyboard you might be able to build a custom keyboard with a tes68 for that price

if you just want a prebuilt, I would go rk61 or keychron c1

what about this? 90€ cheaper and no compatibility issues.

I dropped the 3600 memory since there is no real benefit over 3200.

swapped the 850W PSU for a 650W one the system only needs 400IshW could probably even drop it to 500W

and maybe consider swapping the HDD for one of these. assuming you want to use them as video storage.

4TB for 80€

6TB for 108€

Oh and i also recommend double checking all the prices at geizhals.de since they list more shops.

Thank you very much. Yeah, I had the 850W to be a little better prepared for future tech, but 650W should definitely do for now. The HDD also seem like a great option, I’ll look into which one I might pick up.

Cool, thank. I’ll definitely look at the tes68, of that not something for me I’ll pick up one of the other ones

That board isn't 70 euros.

Not sure why you would change the psu just to save 17 euros. He might not need 850W for this system but if he wanted to drop a more power hungry gpu in there later then he has the psu already in place.

For a few € more the Corsair 4000D and Bequiet 500DX support a front panel USB-C port and as good or better airflow.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
