SATA A2 CODE

When ever I connect 2.5 ssd to sata data port, computer will not post, I can even enter bios, it sits on the screen saying to press f2 or del to enter bios, and I get a A2 Qcode on MB.

I did have the ssd working briefly in disk partition manager but I was unable to load anything on drive than it just disappeared  all together, also I have tried 3 different sata data cables, and updated chipset and bios
