How can I update the bios?

First a new BIOS would have to exist, which doesn't seem to be the case.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

The HP linked above on Amazon does in fact have that combo: https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-Gaming-Desktop-Processor/dp/B09FZ41WP7

Just prebuilt things. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That's such a weird combo.

Good news is that the 5600g came out after the 5600x so BIOS should support the 5600x. Bad news is if I go to the link for the BIOS updates for the TG01-2003W I just get "403 forbidden"

Even better news is that @Viridianwas able to get the supported CPU list.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Project Hot Box

CPU 13900k, Motherboard Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX, RAM CORSAIR Vengeance 4x16gb 5200 MHZ, GPU Zotac RTX 4090 Trinity OC, Case Fractal Pop Air XL, Storage Sabrent Rocket Q4 2tbCORSAIR Force Series MP510 1920GB NVMe, CORSAIR FORCE Series MP510 960GB NVMe, PSU CORSAIR HX1000i, Cooling Corsair XC8 CPU block, Bykski GPU block, 360mm and 280mm radiator, Displays Odyssey G9, LG 34UC98-W 34-Inch,Keyboard Mountain Everest Max, Mouse Mountain Makalu 67, Sound AT2035, Massdrop 6xx headphones, Go XLR

Soo what can I do? In my country the only computer store is best buy and they only have the 5600x

You don't have access to any online retailers? Best Buy has a piss-poor selection of computer parts even in the US.

So your best hope is HP is supper nice and they make a BIOS and the give it to you.

other option is your try and return that CPU you bought to bestbuy and try and get one of the 3 CPU's your MOBO supports ordered VIA Bestbuy or Amazon or any website you have access too.
