Just wondering if its better to OC using the MSI bios or the Intel utility?  The intel utility looks like it has more options and they are easy to understand.  But lots of people say use the bios, but I am not used the MSI bios, coming for all ASUS boards.  Which is better?

Thanks

MSI's latest gen Intel BIOS revisions are fairly easy to figure out as you go, I'm used to ASRock and Gigabyte boards and only use an MSI board maybe 2-3 times a year but can always figure out an MSI board within about 15 minutes and be setup with a solid overclock.

As for whether the BIOS or XTU is better, it's really personal preference. Personally, I don't like having overclocking utilities running in the background unless I need them to, so I'd rather just use the BIOS so I don't need to have XTU running when it doesn't need to. Still, XTU is better if you want to do more along the lines of per-core overclocks with a 12900K or custom frequency curves as that functionality is not really present inside the BIOS most of the time.
