I thought it was my CPU, and switched from a Ryzen 3600 to a 5700x, but same issues. Switched power plan to Performance, nothing changes. It randomly just reboots my system.

I read somewhere this could be due to "dirty" power from my house. My house is almost 50+ years old, so it could be. Would a UPS be useful in solving this issue? If so, recommendations just to clean up the power. Dont need a huge amount of battery storage time, as we rarely lose power here.

Weird stuff is usually mobo or power. A UPS is always a good idea and should smooth out some of your wall power woes.
That PSU seems like it should be good.

Any chance that your VRMs are overheating? Wheat kind of CPU cooler do you have?

Vrms are fine.   I have a hyper 212 black edition.    Temps on cpu never goes above 73c and it's not a clc, so plenty of air moving over ram and vrm
