Is there any way to access my hard external files on network when my PC is off and be able to play games and access my files directly on my PC as normal?

P.S: sorry if this is not correct topic

You can't expect someone who are unconscious to solve a math problem.
Same goes for PC

Your PC can't share files over the network while it's turned off.

You would need a second device that can handle USB hard drives and a network connection. (Essentially making a NAS.) Then you have two options:

- Swap your drive back and forth between the second device and your PC. (You cannot connect a USB drive to two computers at the same time.)

- Leave the drive plugged into the second device all the time and map its file share on your PC. (This will slow your game loading down, in theory, if you leave games installed on it.)

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Is there any device which can do this? connect hard external to NAS when my PC turns off and vice versa?

I don't have NAS device so I'm planning to use my modem USB port to share my hard to network when my PC is off (if there is such device to switch between PC and NAS(modem)).

Something like this might work but I cannot say if it will work with your modem or not.
