Moving Office

The company I work for is moving to serviced offices for the first time. Has anyone moved their infrastructure to offices like these and have they ran into any issues with the office owners and their IT team? I am mostly talking about connecting their infrastructure securely to the allocated room(s) and the internet.  I am looking for some tips to look out for.
